Fluid movement is beautiful, but sometimes you have to disrupt the flow to really hit the beat hard! Hooping to the Beat is a one hour workshop for hoopers of all levels. We’ll be learning both on-body and off-body hooping skills that include reversals, bounces, and pops to help you dance to the beat of the music.

I will be doing a mini talk on the history and the main concepts of Yoga at E-3 camp's stage, Saturday at 4:30pm. If you're a new to yoga or an experienced practitioner who needs an overview, stop by to learn about the history of yoga from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras to present day. 

Monkey Chant w/ Dixon & Chromie

Let your inner simian loose! The Monkey Chant is based on the rhythms of the Balinese Gamelan orchestra and the Balinese spiritual performance called the Kecak (Kuh-chak). Experience the energy created by your voice interlocking with the rhythm of the voices around you. Beginners are welcome and needed!

If you’ve ever wanted to learn flair bartending, but you didn’t want to spill liquor and break bottles… if you’ve ever wanted to hoop, but you just can’t get it to whirl around your waist… if you’ve ever felt awkward holding your friend’s hoop while they’re in the porta potty, because you aren’t quite sure how to play with it… then this workshop is for you!
